1. Handling general administration, curriculum events and lectures for Chinese language & second foreign Language courses

2. Coordinating meetings of Language Education Division, including division affairs, curriculum, faculty evaluation etc.

3. Controlling the data of NTOU Reading & Writing Platform and the relevant TA training and reimbursement for Chinese language courses

4. Promoting NTOU Literature Awards and Chinese Lecture Series

5. Assisting Chinese language compulsory courses and second foreign languages elective courses including Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish, French, German

6. Assisting Creative Intercultural Courses of Second Foreign Language

7. Handling incoming official docs and letters from universities, MOE, MSTC etc.

8. Implementing Higher Education Sprout Project of Language Education Division

9.Maintaining the homepage of Language Education Division

10. Handling irregularly tasks assigned by chair of Language Education Division
